About Us
Our Story
We’re Emily and Scott, and we’ve been working full time in the wedding industry for close to a decade, many of those years as professional photographers and videographers. Through our businesses, we’ve been involved in many hundreds of weddings across Tasmania, so we’re certainly no newcomers to the space.
Over the years, our love for the wedding industry has only grown. We genuinely enjoy being part of our couples’ days, witnessing the love, laughter, happy tears and the many stories that come with bringing people together. No two weddings are ever the same, and that variety is a big part of what continues to inspire us.
We have two energetic teenage children who keep life lively and entertaining. As a family, we’re very close and often spend Friday nights staying up late playing computer games together, usually Minecraft or the occasional shoot ’em up, or heading out for some friendly competition at our local go kart track. Scott and the kids tend to team up against Emily most of the time, though she always finds a way to get her revenge.
We live in a beautiful 1896 Federation home in a quiet, remote Tasmanian town. We’re proud Tasmanians and, aside from short stints in Western Australia for Emily and Queensland for Scott, Tasmania has always been home for us and our families. There’s very little of the state we haven’t explored.
Through years of travelling Tasmania for weddings, we’ve come to know it exceptionally well. From iconic locations to tucked away corners, we’ve spent a lot of time discovering what this beautiful place has to offer.

We have a strong dislike for stress and unnecessary drama, so we do everything we can to keep both the planning process and the wedding day itself feeling calm, organised and easy.
